Translated a highly technical engineering decarbonization study into a stakeholder-friendly report for Brown University, highlighting energy conservation measures that reduced risk, maintenance costs, and improved campus comfort. Designed the final document in Adobe InDesign to ensure accessibility for non-engineering audiences.
Conducted an in-depth UX audit of leading cultural institutions—including The Met, the Louvre, and TED—analyzing interactive elements, visual design, and site content across desktop and mobile platforms. Synthesized findings to identify what was effective, what fell short, and missed opportunities that informed the strategic direction for a start-up museum website.
Developed the company’s first crisis communication playbook to ensure rapid, coordinated responses during high-stakes situations. Created proactively despite initial resistance, the playbook was later implemented immediately during a real crisis, helping guide timely decision-making and communication.
Led strategic partnerships and growth campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales. Collaborated with influencer lilsipper to launch a co-branded protein line and created high-performing email challenges that drove engagement and repeat demand. Secured a long-term partnership with Plant-Based News, resulting in ongoing podcast mentions and organic brand recognition.
